Refund and Returns Policy

At healthscanforyou.com, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services, distance scans, and energetic insights for people, horses, and dogs. Due to the personalized, digital, and energetic nature of our offerings, all sales are final.


1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Distance health scans or energy readings

  • Digital products (including reports, PDFs, and audio or video content)

  • Email or Zoom-based consultations

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

Once a service has been purchased and/or delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.


2. Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to help you move your appointment to a new time, subject to availability.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.


3. Digital Products and Content

Because our materials are delivered instantly or made available electronically upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital goods.


4. Exceptional Cases

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at healthscanforyou@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you—though refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
